This Conference bridges the interdisciplinary gap from research to the bedside, and brings together clinical experts who are creating a culture based on proactive rehabilitation.

Early rehabilitation of hospitalized patients improves outcomes, but its implementation can be complex. Early rehabilitation requires multi-disciplinary collaboration and coordination among clinicians who have traditionally worked in “silos.”

Who Should Attend: physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, respiratory therapists, physiatrists, ICU physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, psychologists, and psychiatrists. This Conference registration option is designed for those who have never attended this Conference previously, or for those who would like to re-review hospital-wide Activity & Mobility Promotion (AMP) content and/or ICU Rehabilitation Foundations content.

Virtual Format: All Conference presentations will be pre-recorded and available for unlimited on-demand viewing from Oct. 19 to Dec. 18, 2023. The Conference presentations will also be delivered with live Workshops and live Question & Answer sessions on Nov. 8-11, 2023 (see exact times in the Conference brochure). These live Workshops and Question & Answer sessions will be recorded and added to the on-demand Conference content during the remainder of November and December 2023.

• Hospital-wide Activity & Mobility Promotion (AMP) content (see Nov. 8 in Conference brochure), which is unchanged from our 2022 Conference.

• ICU Rehabilitation Foundations (see Nov. 9 in Conference brochure) has separate comprehensive foundational content for adult and for pediatrics, which is unchanged from our 2022 Conference.

• Main Conference (see Nov. 10 & 11 in Conference brochure) contains all-new updates and all content created within the last year and does not include content from our 2022 Conference. The content on Nov. 10 has separate tracks for adults and pediatrics. This portion of the Conference is entirely new compared to our 2022 Conference.
